how to order

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

pricing

All prices displayed are in € euros and refer to purchasing one single item or a set of items as specified in the description.
Prices exclude delivery.
Export orders outside the EU, as well as certain EU orders, may incur local customs duties and charges which are to be paid by client. I will advise you at time of your enquiry/order.

how to order

You can contact me with your enquiry or order details by using the contact form on this website, by phone or by email.
On your acceptance of my quote, I will send you a pro forma invoice.
Creation of your order will not start until your payment has cleared and the full amount of the value of the items as invoiced has been credited to my bank account without recourse, or I have received the full amount in cash. Any outstanding balances must be paid prior to delivery.

I accept payments by bank transfer or in cash. Bank transfers require 3 working days for bank clearance and you will receive a formal order confirmation once your payment has cleared.
For bespoke orders which are made to your custom requirements, or for orders with a lead time longer than 6 weeks, a 50% deposit payment is required with the remaining balance due before delivery. Please don't hesitate to contact me should you have any payment queries.

I cannot accept orders from any person younger than 18 years of age without the consent of that person's parent or carer.

delivery

Delivery times count from the moment your payment has cleared and you have received an order confirmation.
Due to the complexity of production of some of my handmade items, I cannot guarantee a set delivery time. Additionally, courier services may face disruption. Delivery dates must be treated as an estimate only, and I accept no liability for failure to deliver within these estimated delivery times, nor for any loss or damage whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of your order.

I deliver worldwide.
Each item will be packed meticulously, using strong protective outer packaging and as much soft, shock-absorbing material as needed to protect against transit damage. Delivery charges always include insurance to the value of your order.

You must sign for delivery of your order on arrival and confirm that the contents are complete and in good order.

* Please sign 'unchecked' if you are not able to check the contents before signing; failure to do so will cause any transport insurance to become invalid.

In order to assure a smooth delivery process, your contact telephone number will be disclosed to those in charge of delivery in case they need to contact you. A re-delivery charge will be made if a second delivery is necessary because you are not at home to receive your order at the pre-arranged delivery time, or your order must be re-delivered for any other reason.

Once delivery has been made, I am not to be held liable for any damage due to incorrect installation or unsafe storing or handling of the items.

returns
In the highly unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you must notify me within 3 working days of delivery, detailing the reason for your dissatisfaction. No items are to be returned without prior notification and strict authorisation. Items which are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and in immaculate condition, may be returned strictly within 14 working days from delivery. Unless there is a craft fault, or they were damaged in transit, authorised items need to be returned at your own cost. I unconditionally reserve the right not to refund if the items are not returned in 'as new' condition. More specifically, I will not accept returned items which fall into the following categories:

any personalised items or items made to your specification,
any items which have been used in any way and are no longer suitable for resale,
any items which have been stained, damaged or wrongly treated,
any packages where the return postage is unpaid.

Refunds are made for the cost of the items excluding any postage and packing. The items must be fully insured during transit and must be carefully and properly packed in the original packaging to prevent damage. If you are in any doubt, please contact me. For returns later than 14 working days from delivery, please note the following:

For returned items received between calendar days 15 and 21 after initial delivery to you, you will incur a 10% administration charge.
For returned items received between calendar days 21 and 28 after initial delivery to you, you will incur a 50% administration charge.
Items returned to us after 28 days will not be refunded.

Bespoke orders (items produced to your specific requirements) cannot be returned.

cancellations

My legal obligation to you, under the European Directive on (Distance Selling) Regulations, is to grant you the unconditional right to cancel your order up to the point where you have been contacted and arrangements for delivery have been agreed.

For cancellations of personalised or custom made items of which production has commenced, no refund will be offered.

damaged items

Should the item you ordered arrive incomplete or have been damaged in transit, you need to notify me in writing strictly within 3 days of delivery. Depending on the nature of your order, I can then either replace the product as soon as possible or offer you a full refund within 30 days. Where the defect or damage is readily visible, this should be highlighted at the time of delivery. I accept no liability whatsoever in respect of any defect caused by fair wear and tear, by negligence or wilful damage, by failure to follow my instructions, by alteration of the items without my approval or by any other act of misconduct by third parties.

complaints
I want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from me and the service I offer. If there is anything not to your satisfaction please let me know immediately so that I can act accordingly and effectively.

conformity of goods
I take every possible care to make sure that the descriptions, specifications and colours of my products are correct. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a very close representation, I cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Due to the individual, handmade nature of my products, slight colour and size variations are always possible, but these variations will not alter the overall appearance or dimensions of the products.
For my dollhouse bedroom furnishings, mainly vintage, at times antique fabrics and materials are used. They are of excellent quality, however small imperfections should always be expected. For your order, different parts of certain patterned fabrics may be used, which means there may be very slight differences in appearance, however the overall look will always be the same as the images featuring on this website.

tax
Due to my french business structure, VAT/TVA is not applicable and therefore not included in my prices (“TVA non applicable, art. 293B du CGI”). Export orders outside the EU, as well as orders to certain European countries, may incur local customs duties and charges which are for client's account. I will advise you at time of enquiry/order but please contact me should you have any queries.

safety

All my handmade products are intended for collector and display purposes and products should be handled gently. They do not carry the CE mark, have not been safety tested and are not certified as toys for young children. They are for decorative purposes and gentle play only. Whether suitable and safe for your child to use is ultimately for you, their carer, to decide and I do not accept any liability for any damage, injuries or accidents that may occur whilst using my products.
